Description

This durable dosing hose pump has numerous control options for easy integration into existing dosing systems. In addition, the 420 SMD has individual control and regulation options to reduce wear on components during continuous operation.

The 420 SMD also includes variable operating modes, such as pulse operation, pulse-width modulation, pulse-pause operation, as well as a signal current control function for electrical signals in process automation, for example 0...20 mA or 4...20 mA (with offset zero point). The 420 SMD has adjustable flow rates even down to an intelligently regulated slow speed.

Available in several versions but stocked with blue 43300 Tube kit which offers 0-200 mls per minute @ up to 1.5 Bar of backpressure.  

A range of tube kits are available (refer data sheet) for different flow and pressure applications.
